Design Sketches

I made 49 designs for this project. There is almost no perspective work because I wanted to concentrate on the silhouettes. There are some designs that were inspired by the shape of a fish. Most designs try to incorporate the canal in some way.

I had help picking the top designs by asking some of my classmates to choose their favourites. Then I narrowed it down to my 3 favourites and choose the one I had the most fun drawing. The design was one of the smaller ones and did not incorporate the canal as much as most of the other ones. It still felt like the best option so it became final after a talk with the tutors.
